Tileh Now (Persian: تيله نو)[a] is a village in Tuskacheshmeh Rural District of the Central District of Galugah County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

editAt the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,561 in 405 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,383 people in 421 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,641 people in 516 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
