Thinklab Group Limited is a Nigerian conglomerate headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria, with interests in sustainable projects, infrastructural development, energy, media, and the agro-allied sector.[1]

History

The company was founded in 2017 by Dr. Sa’id Kori, an architecture and urban development, and has grown into a leading player in Nigeria's construction and development industry.[2][3]

Initially established as a partnership of consultants, researchers, and industry professionals.[4][5] The group expanded internationally, establishing a UK office and growing its presence across six other countries, including Australia, the UAE, Turkey, Ghana, South Africa, and Nigeria.[6][7]

It offers a range of services, including sustainable project development, infrastructural development, design and development finance management, and Building Information Modelling (BIM).[8][9]

Notable projects include a N3.6 billion landmark development in Abuja in collaboration with the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and managing housing portfolios across Nigeria.[10][11][12] Thinklab's subsidiaries include Thinklab International Consultantancy, Thinklab Development, Thinklab Media, Thinklab Properties, Thinklab Agro-allied, Thinklab Energy, Thinklab Digital Technology and Thinklab Charity Foundation.[13]
