Geography
editTeplýšovice is located about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) east of Benešov and 34 km (21 mi) southeast of Prague. It lies in the Benešov Uplands. The highest point is at 517 m (1,696 ft) above sea level. The area is rich in small fishponds.
History
editThe first written mention of Teplýšovice is from 1352.[2]

editThere are no railways or major roads passing through the municipality.
Sights
editThe main landmark of Teplýšovice is the Church of Saint Gall. It was built in the Baroque style in 1726.[5]
