The template is about the intersection of nation and gender. The photo should reflect that. Currently, it makes it appear as if the template is only about nation. Mehmetaergun (talk) 15:39, 14 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
Why don't you find a better image to reflect women in Turkey ? Nedim Ardoğa (talk) 16:10, 14 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

The template is being used in multiple pages where other and more established templates / frames with similar info are used. Since this template is only a collection of links, it would be better if it is dissolved and the links in it are merged into existing templates. Mehmetaergun (talk) 15:39, 14 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
This template is used to link to other Turkish-women profession articles. There are many examples of such templates in WP. Please be more specific. Nedim Ardoğa (talk) 16:14, 14 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

I renamed the template from "Turkish Women" to "Women in Turkey." The template is being used in pages where women of all ethno-national identities are discussed in relation to Turkey. The previous title, "Turkish Women," is restrictive in content, considering that Turkey is still having its issues with formally recognizing and fairly treating people of other ethnicities, especially Kurds and Armenians. If this template were to become canonical with "Turkish Women", in the worst case, it would probably be end up being using by editors to try to expunge info relating to ethnicity and ethnic rights from the pages that it is used in.
