Edited pages: Sisillius II and Queen Marcia (Moved Question)
editHello, I'm new at WP and took a stab at updates to Sisillius II and his mother Queen Marcia. Before I go any further with additional pages it would be helpful to know if the pages fit style guidelines. (I found "good pages" on the main article, but there's much less information about these folks so I'm not quite sure if what I did was fitting or not.) What do you think? Thanks! --CaroleHenson (talk) 17:58, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
- I also placed the question on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Mythology/Assessment (not sure which is the best place).--CaroleHenson (talk) 18:07, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
- Hi there. I just noticed this by accident. I'm not sure how active the mythology project is, but you might like to try posting at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Mythology. Alternatively you could try WP:Requests for feedback. I had a look at your first article and formatted/trimmed it a bit. If you like I can look at the other as well. (But I know nothing about mythology!!) By the way, welcome. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 18:35, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
- Hi, and thanks for the welcome. Yes, your edits look cleaner. I see your point about "Legendary" because someone could be taken as 1) fiction / psuedohistorical or 2) so significant historically that they became legendary, which would inaccurately frame the subject/article. I wonder if in addition to changing Legendary, it also may made sense to bring back psuedohistorical. If you don't have an opinion, I can definitely check that out on the places you mentioned. Thanks for your input and edits!!!!--CaroleHenson (talk) 20:16, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
