This Template has more height then most of the others in my browser. Can someone fix it?--145.253.137.31 12:47, 8 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

The interwiki-links appear on my userspace even if they are within noinclude on this page. Could someone fix that? Spiby 14:47, 2 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

If you mean what I think you mean, it was caused by someone's bot adding the interlang links to the wrong page. Should be fixed now. Chris Cunningham (not at work) - talk 11:49, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Grammar edit

Re: pouvoir [(to) may (do something); (to) have time to (do something), ...]: peux, peut → savoir [(to) be able to (do something), ...]: sais, sait == “savoir” (sais, sait) means you are able to do ..., but “pouvoir” (peux, peut) implys to have time to do .... Change it, please. Best regards Jens Liebenau (talk) 11:17, 15 October 2008 (UTC) (see German Wikipedia)Reply
Addition: Corrige it, please. Sources are the literature and this page. Jens Liebenau (talk) 00:32, 18 October 2008 (UTC) (see German Wikipedia)Reply

No way. Please do not cite automatic web translation tools as authority. The page you cited is partly garbage. ("il ne peut pas notre réparer ordinateur, Parc qu'il n'a pas ses outils " and ("il ne peut pas sa voiture take parce qu'il ya trop de neige sur les routes.") I'm not a native French speaker, but the sentence "Cet utilisateur peut contribuer avec un niveau élémentaire de français" looks fine to me. I will bow to the superior authority of a native speaker, not a web bot. --Cbdorsett (talk) 09:50, 23 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
pouvoir can you use in the colloquial speech, but in the official speech you have normally to use savoir. In school I learned to do it in this way, because the other way is normally incorrect. So I ask you to correct it. Jens Liebenau (talk) 13:23, 24 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
Addition: Two websites in German: [1] and [2]. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Liebenau.jens (talkcontribs) 13:43, 24 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Level of French knowledge edit

I have been learning French for just over a year now. I am able to have a simple conversation, give someone directions, speak in different tenses etc. Do you think this is basic in Wikipedian terms in which case I can post this template to my user page? Thanks. 20:19, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Edit Req edit

editrequest Could the template be updated to the code below: (I have not included the <noinclude> part as that should stay as is)

This is to change it to use the userbox-level template which is used by other similar userboxes. Thanks -- WOSlinker (talk) 14:36, 22 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Missing parameter edit

editprotected It needs this parameter added, like almost all such userboxes have (and all should have):

| nocat = {}

This can be used to prevent double categorization when a user's babelbox templates are moved out into a user subpage that is transcluded on their main userpage. (See User:SMcCandlish/Babel for example). This change should be made to the rest of the templates in the fr-# series. — SMcCandlish Talk⇒ ʕ(Õلō Contribs. 12:23, 23 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Perhaps you should make a botrequest. —TheDJ (talkcontribs) 19:23, 23 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Language tagging edit

Please surround the French-language text with fr, for better accessibility. — OwenBlacker (Talk) 23:16, 17 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
