This user box currently uses “…”? as its text. I think it should be changed to "…"?, that is, I think straight quotes should be used. First, straight quotes are recommended by the Manual of Style (MOS:QUOTEMARKS) over typographic quotes. Seems better not to present typographic quotes if they are not recommended. That's confusing. Second, it helps conflate two separate issues: straight quotes vs typographic quotes and American vs British (aka logical) punctuation. Since this template is meant to emphasize the latter, I think straight quotes do that better. I will be bold and do it, but if you feel discussion is needed, please revert and explain here.
