Fixed template edit

I'm not sure if the template stopped functioning correctly because of the HTML parser change, but I made a correction that seems to be working correctly wherever the template itself is transcluded. I haven't necessarily gotten to all the places where customized variants of the template are hard-coded (because of the complexity of the Congress, for example). Problem with links edit

In 64th United States Congress#House of Representatives of 1915–1917 the Socialist is link to Socialist Party USA which founded only in 1973. The template should link it to Socialist Party of America instead. Sokuya (talk) 20:39, 18 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
