I did a lot of research into whether Cytophaga hutchinsonii was in Flaviobacteriales or Cytophagales. I believe it is in Cytophagales based on https://www.microbiologyresearch.org/content/journal/ijsem/10.1099/ijsem.0.004243#tab2 and https://lpsn.dsmz.de/species/cytophaga-hutchinsonii.
