editI have removed this section as having only the single entry for Sumburgh airport is rather unhelpful/misleading as it ignores the importance of road-based transport in Shetland and the ferry services within the islands and to the Scottish mainland.--JBellis 17:33, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
Towns and villages
editThis needs checking against and authoritive list of places of significance. Skaw is just a holiday cottage, whereas Walls is a relatively important settlement with many services.--JBellis 17:33, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
