CSD Tag edit

I tagged this article as CSD, per CSD G1. Creator removed the CSD tag on his own and I have added it. User:TransporterMan indicated to me I could reinstate CSD tags that were removed by the article creator. Apparently this needs discussion. I would welcome a discussion here. Well, you need to think before reinstating the CSD tag, even if you see it was deleted out of process (for which I apologize). If you have any concerns regarding the template, please let know what they are. The CSD G1 reasoning is patently wrong here. The template, by the way, is now used on the Sovetsky District, Russia page.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); September 21, 2010; 17:35 (UTC)
I do apologize if I've initially added it or reinstated it incorrectly. I am happy to retract my initial designation as CSD G1 after I review how the template is being used. I'll do that now. Saebvn (talk) 17:38, 21 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
You are absolutely right. This should not have been tagged CSD G1 at all. I have removed the CSD tag and the "hangon" tag. My apologies. I have also reviewed the display of the template at Sovetsky District, Russia, and it appears now to be displaying correctly. Saebvn (talk) 17:44, 21 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Thanks much for a quick response; appreciated.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); September 21, 2010; 17:47 (UTC)
