Italic title?

edit

I don't think this should automatically italicize a title, given that some types of works who have redirects here (e.g., {{R from short story}}) are typically given in quotation marks (or no special notation) rather than italics. At a glance, this affects poems and short stories; broad terms like "performance" and "work"; and forms with less well established stylistic conventions, like blogs. I'll make this change myself if there are no objections in a few days. --BDD (talk) 20:22, 30 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

  • On second thought, maybe nothing needs changing. The documentation covers this well enough. The stakes are extremely low: average readers will not see these titles at all, much less care if they're italicized. --BDD (talk) 14:35, 5 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
