Current wording doesn't indicate what "power of 10" is, or who makes it edit

Right now, the text of the template is uninformative, and doesn't convey who it is that's publishing it. Which means it could easily be mistaken for some low-quality sports-spam website, rather than the authoritative source published by the UK's governing body.

Can I suggest that, rather than

Ricky Lightfoot at Power of 10

it instead read

Ricky Lightfoot athlete profile at Power of 10, British Athletics

Also, should we also be linking the runbritainrankings.com profile, which as I understand it is also British Athletics, and off the same database (with the same athlete ID), but presenting different statistical analysis thereof (I really don't know why they have both)? If that's the case, we could combine them:

Ricky Lightfoot athlete statistics at British Athletics: Power of 10, Run Britain Rankings
