Bad grammar & false precision

The template currently has

• "{{convert|500|ft|m}} long facade" giving
  • "500 feet (152.4 m) long facade".

It should be changed to

• "{{convert|500|ft|m|-1|sing=on}} facade" to give
  • "500 foot (150 m)".
