Size
editThe template is meant to be the width of a flagicon but it is currently 24px wide whereas flagicons are 22x20px. Can somebody please change this? McLerristarr (Mclay1) (talk) 02:50, 24 May 2010 (UTC)
- Flag icons are 22x20px plus a border of 2 pixels, so 24px is correct. For example, the text of the following two lines is precisely left-aligned:

Ah, I see what my problem is. It doesn't mention that there is an extra space after the template so...
...are out of line. I'd have to write it the way you did or not add a space between the template and the text. Thanks. McLerristarr (Mclay1) (talk) 08:51, 24 May 2010 (UTC)

Flagicons are now 23 pixels wide with a one pixel border, therefore, the noflag template should be 25 pixels wide. As a secondary request, please add a method to be able to adjust the size (width) of the template as needed.
- Please change the width of the template to 23 pixels.
- If possible, please add a method to be able to adjust the width of the pixel as needed.

- Done. There was already a parameter in there to adjust the width - the

This template is almost always used in tables; it'd be useful to default its text alignment to the left (unless otherwise specified), e.g.:
<span class="flagicon" style="padding-left:{{{size|25px}}};text-align:{{{align|left}}}"> </span>{{{1|}}}<noinclude>{{documentation}}</noinclude>

- Can you please link to page or a test case that shows where this change is needed? – Jonesey95 (talk) 14:45, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- Not done for now: The change here would not align the text in the table data cells. (See the sandbox & preview it on a page) Terasail[✉️] 13:49, 28 June 2021 (UTC)
- Ah, right! The style attribute must be on the td tag, not the span one. Cheers. — 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 ☎ 22:11, 28 June 2021 (UTC)
