- Because that is related to the financing required to film the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the rights to 10 characters were placed up in MVL Rights as the collateral for the film financing for the movie slate also referred to as Marvel Cinematic Universe. And MVL Productions LLC which you have failed to inquire about but remove a similar link to the MCU is (possible was) the production company for the film slate/Marvel Cinematic Universe.
