This template includes some obsolete fields which it probably should not. As a rule, mine is a structure, which is operated by a legal entity (company) and not a company itself. It may be that a single mine is operated by the company the same name without other activities, but usually it is not a case. Therefore, the infobox should include fields specific to the mine as a structure and not duplicate fields used by template:infobox company. By my understanding fields 'stock_exchange' and 'stock_code' should be removed as they a not mine related and this information should be included in the article about operating/owning company and not here. Some company did not own the mine but (short term) leasing or even just operator, so the parameter owner is not suitable. Matthew_hktc 12:14, 26 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
