Not done. MOS:ENGVAR does not apply to stubs. Decksplash would probably end up in BrEng anyway, since it was the output of a British game company. But, frankly, it's not possible to encyclopedically develop this article beyond a stub, because it's essentially a non-topic, being a game that wasn't actually released except for a brief test, and about which there is no public controversy or other cause for in-depth coverage in reliable sources, and lasting encyclopedic interest. There's nothing further to write about it. A few perfunctory reviews of something no one will ever see again doesn't make for an encyclopedia piece.
