@Wrestlingring:   Not done. That's is the wrong template. {{Ds/alert}} is for user talk page. There's a different template for article talk and edit notices. I think you can find the necessary info at WP:AC/DS, and an example of the template is found at the top of WT:MOS and various other pages subject to discretionary sanctions.  — SMcCandlish ¢ >ʌⱷ҅ʌ<  06:27, 1 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
