BorgQueen, would you mind updating this hook on queue 4, which is scheduled to appear on the main page tomorrow? the opening of the bolshaya koltsevaya line has apparently been delayed. the mayor suggested earlier this week that it would open in a few days ("в ближайшие дни"), and this msk1.ru source predicts that it will open on 2023.02.28. i think "newly opened" could be replaced with "upcoming", "soon-to-be open", "future", "planned", or something similar, and will trust your judgement. note that "under construction" may not be appropriate, as i think the station is pretty much complete; some other stations had been behind schedule. of course, "are" should remain intact, as the escalators have already been built. i thought i might ping you since you were the reviewer, so would already be familiar with the situation. dying (talk) 16:39, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
