It's a little unclear what the article is about given the main link. Perhaps:
ALT1: ... that the wildlife of South Sudan sees high levels of animal migration and features the wettest area of land on the planet?

  Length and date check out. Hook needs some work. Duplicate Detector sees a bit of poor paraphrasing, especially the first two entries. I have an ALT to suggest as well.
ALT2: ... that South Sudan may be the location of "the biggest migration of large mammals on Earth"?
