Pornography is (per studies) viewed somewhat universally by Canadian men and shown freely and openly (to adults) in cinemas and on TV. More Canadians are familiar with, and care about, their porn than they do about Canadian literature. We're considering this, not some other (unnamed by you) aspect. Where we see TV channels dedicated to it, which is more than we see for other listed aspects (such as literature) we have to acknowledge its significance and afford it the appropriate space and treatment. Not only is it universally viewed by at least the male population, there are no fewer entrants in Category:Canadian pornographic film actor than there are in Category:Category:20th-century Canadian writers— Preceding unsigned comment added by [[User:{{{1}}}|{{{1}}}]] ([[User talk:{{{1}}}|talk]] • [[Special:Contributions/{{{1}}}|contribs]])
I didn't see pornography sections in articles on the culture of other countries or even in the articles on the cinema of countries that I checked (admittedly I only checked a few countries). Perhaps you should be making you arguments at a more general level rather than at the level of Canadian culture and cinema. I'm sure that if you can get consensus that pornography is a worthy addition to national culture and cinema articles around the world that the editors of the Canadian articles would also agree. It's clear from the discussions and/or reverts of your edits on this page and at Culture of Canada, Template:Culture of Canada sidebar, and Canadians that so far there is no consensus that pornography shoukd be given much coverage in Canadian cultural articles.
