Odd wording edit

"The anchor [...] has been deleted by other users before." would be better written just as "The anchor [...] has been deleted.", with "has been deleted" being linked.

"before" is completely redundant. And the anchor might not have been deleted by another user - it may have been deleted by the reader themselves.
