Useless description

Just because you don't understand it doesn't make it useless. You are required to notify editors on their talk page when filing a report, which is the purpose of this notice. You don't need to modify anything when leaving the notice, it's just directions to the board itself. CUPIDICAE💕 19:56, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
