attention parameter - use this switch sparingly on those articles most in need of work.
needs-infobox parameter - used to mark those articles that are in need of an infobox to improve the article quality.
needs-photo parameter - used to mark those articles that are in need of a photo to improve the article quality. "A picture is worth a thousand words"
unref parameter - used on articles that need references or need work on references,
