Usage edit
Fill in as follows:
- URL of document being referenced to (normally a PDF document)
- fill in the title e.g. "minutes of Council Meeting on 10 June 2010"
- fill in request number (appears in Whatdotheyknow.com url after "request/"
- fill in name of public authority e.g. Department for Culture, Media and Sport
- fill in access date
