Hello, Welcome own student! Welcome to Wikipedia! If you haven't done so already, please go through the Wikipedia tutorial, as well as the Wikipedia training that's created specifically for students:
Your wiki assignment page is located here: . Please check it regularly for important deadlines and other useful information.
If you need help, check out Wikipedia's page for questions, ask me by leaving a message on my user talk page, or ask your question on this page by editing it and placing {{Help me}}
before your question. Please make sure that you sign messages that you leave on discussion pages, which is done by entering four tildes (~~~~) at the very end of it; this will automatically insert your username and the date. I also highly recommend that you review the advice for students page.
Student assignments usually involve developing articles in their user sandboxes, or publishing them as drafts. After an evaluation, the drafts may go on to become Wikipedia articles.
The Wikipedia community constantly makes sure that the following message is conveyed to all new users, as well as students: "We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay with us as a member of the community - even after your assignment is finished. Your time, energy, and your contributions will be highly valued and appreciated among us."
This template should always be substituted (i.e., use {{subst:Welcome own student}} ). |
If you plan to make breaking changes to this template, move it, or nominate it for deletion, please notify Twinkle's users and maintainers at Wikipedia talk:Twinkle as a courtesy, as the standard installation of Twinkle adds and removes this template. Thank you! |
