Usage edit
Parameters edit
- City/Town
- Name of the parent country
- Parent's state/region-category link
- Name of state/region
- Wikitext appended after the link to The State/Provence/Region, so you can add regional noticeboard links, etc.
Example edit
To create a category for wikipedians in Boston, Massachusetts in the United States:
{{Usercat-2|Boston, Massachusetts|Wikipedians in the United States|United States|Wikipedians in Massachusetts|Massachusetts}}
Note that leading and trailing whitespace in the parameters is not trimmed and may effect the output. Also note that in the below example output, the "To add yourself to this list..." segment is incorrect because it uses the {{PAGENAME}} variable. Therefore, when you place this on the category page, it will work correctly.
Classification: Wikipedians | By location | United States | Massachusetts | Boston, Massachusetts
A listing of Wikipedia users who currently or regularly live in Boston, Massachusetts.
