Template:Use/doc

This is a wild-card template created based on this Redirects for discussion thread, intended to intuitively adapt to various "use x" templates. It uses the {{#switch:}} parser function.

Usage

{{Use|abc|date=MM YYYY}}

• abc represents an accepted abbreviation from the table below. The country codes are based on the two-letter ISO country codes.
• MM YYYY represents the full month and year, such as "January 2001".

For example, {{Use|tt|date=January 2001}} returns {{Use Trinidad and Tobago English|date=January 2001}}.

Note: This template accepts only one code at a time. Codes for date formats and English varieties must be supplied in separate calls of the template.
