Usage
editUse this Code only during transitions, otherwise we can avoid the calculation and just type in the number: 116, 117, 118, 119, etc.

The number refers to January 3 at 17:00 UTC (which is noon in Washington, DC).
You just have to update the year, YYYY.
For example, the 117th Congress begins on at Noon on January 3, 2021, so: 20210103170000.
- 118: 20230103170000
- 119: 20250103170000
etc.
