This template is used to create a category of one of these two forms:
- "Trade unions established in the YYY0s"
- "Trade unions disestablished in the YYY0s"
... where "YYY0s" is a 4-digit decade.
The template detects whether the category is an "establishments" or "disestablishments" category, and adjusts accordingly.
