Information
editThis template was created in order to record the number of tests of COVID-19.
Here is the source used for testing.[1]
The testing statistics are taken from the GitHub page at https://github.com/owid/covid-19-data/tree/master/public/data/testing (The latest csv)
This is calculated using a Google Sheets file: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1a4yZOdhgrwzqoDkW0nq7WtZCVhEZqGJ-rADHb3e10po
Here is how the calculation is done: the data is copied into the Sheets file. Then, all other columns are deleted save the 'Entity' and 'Cumulative total per thousand' columns. The 'cumulative total per column' is then used in a formula in another cell to calculate the percentage of population, and then the average and maximum of the percentage values is taken.
