Generates a web-link for the facility details for the applicable United States radio or television station in fccdata.org, a service of REC Networks that mirrors information from the Federal Communications Commission database.
Usage edit

Parameters:
- 1 - the station facility ID according to the FCC Licensing and Management System (LMS) database, required
- 2 - the station call sign, optional but recommended (ignored if parameter 3 below is used, however)
- 3 - the URL text, optional
