| Revision | revision | Revision to the base edition. If the revision is omitted, the default is 3 (for the 2009 edition). For the 2009 edition, the revision level can be blank (original), dated Dec 2009; rev 1 and 2, dated May 2012; or rev 1, 2, and 3, dated Jul 2022. For the 2003 edition, the revision level can be blank (original), dated Nov 2003; rev 1, dated Nov 2004; or rev 1 and 2, dated Dec 2007. | Number | optional |
| Chapter | chapter | Chapter number to be referenced, in the format ''NA'', where ''N'' is the part number and ''A'' is the specific chapter. The default chapter is 1A. | String | optional |
