Creates a citation of a Flora Europaea search.
Usage
edit|family=,|genus=,|species=- Use
|genus=and|species=to search for records pertaining to a species,|genus=for a genus,|family=for a family. If|genus=is not empty, it will display in the link text with|species=if present; otherwise,|family=will be displayed.
