Template:FIE displays an external link to a fencer's profile at FIE.org, the official website of the International Fencing Federation (FIE: Fédération Internationale d'Escrime). It is intended for use in the external links section of an article.

Usage

This template displays an external link to a fencer's profile at FIE.org, the official website of the International Fencing Federation (FIE: Fédération Internationale d'Escrime). It is intended for use in the external links section of an article.

Template parameters

id	id 1	The "id" parameter (or unnamed parameter "1") should contain the ID portion of the URL. Example: 9377 is the ID portion of https://fie.org/athletes/9377 or http://fie.org/fencers/fencer/9377 or http://fie.org/fencers/Arianna-ERRIGO-9377/. This parameter is optional if Wikidata property P2423 exists, but required if not. Default Wikidata property P2423	Number	optional
name	name 2	The "name" parameter (or unnamed parameter "2") may be used to specify the link text, which should be the name of the fencer. This parameter is optional; it defaults to the Wikipedia article name, without any disambiguation such as "(fencer)". Default {{PAGENAMEBASE}}	String	optional
