@Al Ameer son: The two articles are long enough and new enough, and the list is new enough, but slightly too short. Only the prose section counts for the DYK length criterion, and it is currently 1289 characters and needs to be 1500 (this seems a bit mean considering how much effort has gone into the preparation of this list). The articles and list are neutral. Earwig did not find any likelihood of copyright violations and I am unable to access most sources. Three reviews need to be done before this can proceed. - @Cwmhiraeth: Thanks for the review, I added QPQs for Yalbugha and al-Mansur. As for the List of Mamluk sultans, I wouldn't be opposed to removing it from the nomination and unbolding? but keeping it in the hook if that's workable. If that's the case, the two QPQs should suffice. I have some more info about the office of the Mamluk sultan that I could add to the list article, but it's from Mamluk Sultanate (Cairo)#Authority of the sultan and the rules don't count the transfer of existing material toward the size total. I plan on eventually nominating the list to an FL review anyway. --Al Ameer (talk) 21:35, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
QPQ has now been done for two articles and I am ticking this on the basis that it is a two article hook, as mentioned by the nominator, and the list needs to be removed from the nomination by the promoter. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:42, 17 March 2016 (UTC)
