- Both articles are new and have enough prose, Willys-Overland Building is free of copyvio on its main source [1]. However, the main reference used in St. Louis Auto Show concerns me, as it's more of an external link and does not appear to have the information it cites. – Muboshgu (talk) 21:26, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry for the vague references on this one. I split the first sentence reference to make clear where I got the information about the resumption of the show; I also have specified the pages on the auto show site where I got the information about the makes displayed (listed from the auto show map), featured exhibits, and the location of the show. Although the auto show's site is a primary source, the policy for primary sources states that "a primary source may only be used on Wikipedia to make straightforward, descriptive statements of facts that any educated person, with access to the source but without specialist knowledge, will be able to verify are supported by the source." I feel like the use of the auto show site is acceptable in this case as the information concerned consists of fairly straightforward facts about the show. poroubalous (talk) 22:00, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- You've improved the sourcing by pulling in some subpages of the primary source in question. My problem is not with the primary sources per se, as they are within policy. It's that the primary source http://www.saintlouisautoshow.com/ used in citation #1 doesn't seem to provide the info about the number of automobile and motorcycle brands or that it's been held in the Edward Jones Dome since 1983, unless I missed it. – Muboshgu (talk) 22:20, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- The show being held since 1983 in the Cervantes Center/America's Center is in the newspaper article (split the sentence with the reference); it began to be held in the Dome only after the Dome's construction later. I can get a pull quote from the article if that would help. The 25 brands fact is listed on the show info page of the site; I'll link there instead of the main page (I thought I fixed that one when I updated the specific links, but I only switched the link on the Supercars sentence and not the 25 brands sentence). poroubalous (talk) 22:28, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
