Wallis and Futuna's 1st constituency by-election, 2018 edit

  • ... that the French Constitutional Council discarded 57 disputed votes and triggered a by-election in a constituency Napole Polutele won by 16 votes in a single round? • Article is new enough and long enough. It is adequately sourced and is free from copyright violations or plagiarism. Both hooks are cited to a French source so they are accepted in good faith. The nominator has less than five DYK nominations so a QPQ is not yet required. Both hooks are approved for promotion, but my personal preference is ALT0 due to being more detailed.
