Victoria Hamilton

edit

2x expanded and sourced (BLP) by Ruby2010 (talk). Self-nominated at 02:03, 14 April 2016 (UTC).

  • New enough as 2x expanded of a previously unreferenced BLP. Long enough as >3900 characters. NPOV, good use of inline citations. Spotchecks don't highlight issues related to copyvio, close paraphrasing, and plagiarism. Hook is interesting, short enough, formatted correctly. QPQ provided is adequate. My issues are that the awards and nominations section as well as the filmography are wholly unreferenced. Cowlibob (talk) 10:35, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
  • Thanks for commenting. I'll take a look at those two sections and see what I can do. Ruby 2010/2013
  • @Cowlibob: I just decided to remove the awards section, since its contents seemed arbitrary anyway (the most important awards are sourced and integrated into the main article body). I don't think the filmography section needs to be sourced, however. The important roles are sourced in the article, while many of her minor roles are difficult to find reliable citations for. If it's a problem, I suppose I could remove the entire section. What are your thoughts? Ruby 2010/2013 17:22, 1 May 2016 (UTC)
If I recall correctly, filmography sections which are within articles need to be sourced but only for roles not mentioned in the prose. Her BFI entry should help source a lot of those: [[1]]. Cowlibob (talk) 17:31, 1 May 2016 (UTC)
Alright, I'll try to give a go. I'll respond here when finished. Ruby 2010/2013 01:04, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
I'm so sorry for the delay – placing a quick note that I do intend to address the reviewer concerns shortly (it's been a busy week). Thanks! Ruby 2010/2013 00:01, 7 May 2016 (UTC)
@Cowlibob: I've finished sourcing the filmography section – please review and let me know if any further improvements are needed. Thanks! Ruby 2010/2013 23:15, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
@Ruby2010: Good to go. Sorry for the delay, was away for a week. Thanks for working on sourcing. I'd probably remove the mention of the future events in the lead as well, makes me think of "James Bond will next appear in..." Cowlibob (talk) 10:57, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
Ha, understood – I've removed the sentence. Ruby 2010/2013 13:54, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
