• ... that sculptor Vernon March, designer of the National War Memorial (pictured) in Ottawa, Ontario, was the youngest exhibitor at The Exhibition of the Royal Academy of Arts?

• Comment: I expanded this article from a stub. (I put in a photo in February.) I started the expansion on March 22 and finished today March 25. Therefore, I'm listing this under the March 22 date.

• Length and date are ok. But the reference for the hook fact is not really a reliable source, seems to be more of a neighbourhood newsletter. Also, the claim is factually incorrect, there are other monuments such as this. --Soman (talk) 08:54, 27 March 2012 (UTC)

• Comment: Highlighting "National War Memorial of Canada" in blue suggests that's its name. I'd suggest highlighting only National War Memorial (its name), replacing "of Canada" with "in Ottawa" (and Ontario, if desired). This is akin to referring to the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. We wouldn't say 'National Gallery of Art of the United States'. The city specifies where it's located, especially helpful in large countries, and implies national identification (any doubt is answered by clicking the city link). • Just finished revising the last of the references for Vernon March. It looks like the website for reference #25 is down this morning. I tried it half a dozen times in the past two hours. It's ironic. It's the only citation that I obtained from the original stub! I assume that it's only down temporarily. I'll keep checking intermittently. Thank you. • As per Soman's review "Length and date are ok." The New Hook (Old hook was removed from the DYK Nom) is referenced at the end of the sentence and the source (The Sydney Mail Newspaper - Feb 17, 1909) backs up the hook "one who may be called an artistic prodigy is Vernon March, the youngest exhibitor in the Royal Academy, who was just 16 years old " -- Esemono (talk) 07:18, 19 April 2012 (UTC)
