Hi Spokoyni, review follows: article created 25 February; article exceeds minimum length; article is well written and cited inline throughout; sources used are all in Russian, I am not familiar with all of them but happy to AGF on reliability; hook fact is interesting and mentioned in the article, again AGF on sourcing (the translation provided above backs it up); a QPQ has been provided.
