UK Holocaust Memorial

edit

Created by No Swan So Fine (talk) and Mike Peel (talk). Nominated by Mike Peel (talk) at 22:30, 24 October 2017 (UTC).

  • Newly created article on an important subject, not very many sources but still good enough to avoid being a stub. Meets all the requirements. The hook is fine and properly sourced. This is still a developing project so I understand there isn't much to say about it yet, although maybe you could add a bit about Victoria Tower Gardens being next to the Parliament building, or next to three other monuments recognizing historical injustices? --haha169 (talk) 12:46, 26 October 2017 (UTC)
  • With what information there is, you could certainly make this hookier:
  • ALT1: ... that the UK Holocaust Memorial to be built in London's Victoria Tower Gardens will stand alongside other memorials that raise awareness of injustice? Yoninah (talk) 21:41, 26 October 2017 (UTC)
  • ALT1 Thank you or the alt, this one is much better! --haha169 (talk) 01:33, 27 October 2017 (UTC)
  • @Yoninah: Thanks for the alternative hook - I like it! @Haha169: Thanks for the review! On the location point, this is discussed in the 'Location' section - I've added a mention of Parliament there now. Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 10:02, 27 October 2017 (UTC)
  • @Mike Peel:, sorry I should've been more clear, I meant to add a mention into the hook. But Yoninah's revised hook did the trick, so no need for any more changes :) --haha169 (talk) 07:54, 29 October 2017 (UTC)
  • Aah, sorry for misunderstanding, that makes sense now. :-) Mike Peel (talk) 08:58, 29 October 2017 (UTC)
