Tansy beetle edit

  • ... that in the UK, the endangered Tansy beetle can only be found on the banks of the River Ouse, near York? Source: "Broad scale mapping has shown that beetle populations are confined to a length of riverbank extending from about 8km north to about 26km south of the city centre."1
    • ALT1:... that the endangered Tansy beetle has never been observed flying in the UK, despite being capable of doing so? Source: "Although the tansy beetle is reported to fly under exceptional circumstances in the Netherlands this has never, so far as we are aware, been observed in Britain."1

  • Article was promoted to good article status, it's long enough, neutral, and uses inline citations. I cannot see any copyright violations. The hook is good, and cited in the Distribution and habitat section of the article. QPQ has been done. - JuneGloom07 Talk 16:02, 13 July 2017 (UTC)
