... that after a crash involving plutonium and diamonds, the pilots of Swissair Flight 316 (accident aircraft pictured earlier) were charged with manslaughter?

Comment: Although this article is a touch past the usual DYK Best-By Date, it's a rather intriguing subject, and there are still older, unreviewed articles in the queue. Therefore I am submitting it per additional rule D9.
