One source inaccessible, but it's reliable. So are the rest of references. Information adequate and long enough. No BLP issues, even when a disturbing topic is mentioned briefly. Hook cited; every (if not almost) sentence cited well. You might wanna add "in 1993" in the hook to elaborate, but this shouldn't affect the hook being promoted. --George Ho (talk) 15:30, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
