This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral, and I detected no copyright issues. Should the hook include mention that this is a US law? And what about including the word "proposed" as it hasn't been enacted yet? Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:28, 24 September 2017 (UTC)
