Interesting little church, on good source, offline and French sources accepted AGF, no copyvio obious. Questions:
- The name of the church is only in one case like this, "St Trophimus' Church, Eschau", that is this article. We should not invent names that nobody else uses. One valid option is the original name Église Saint-Trophime, Eschau. Another valid option - and simple - is St. Trophimus, Eschau. A similar church is Church of St. Trophime, Arles, but I don't like it for two reasons, mix of French name and English abbreviation, and not showing when you search for the saint's name.
- Depending on the title chosen, I would render saints' names consistently Saint if French, and "St." if English. "St" is a typical for British English. but the rest of the world seems to be used to the dot.
- You make me curious about the Orthodox pilgrimage, but it's mentioned only in the lead. I'd also like to know by what names the daughters go in French, certainly not Faith etc ;)
- I don't like to three refs for one fact. Two good ones are fine, better assign them precisely to a fact.
- The image is licensed and good for the hook, but we see little in that size, - hope we can get an exception for a bit larger. I shortened the caption.

- Hi @Gerda Arendt:. Thank you for your remarks! I have added some facts and I hope the article is now more precise. About the rest of your suggestions: I would like to keep the number of references as it is, because they are complementary - remove one and there is a gap in the puzzle. I would like to keep the name of article as it is, as well - I have full trust in LynwoodF (talk · contribs) and also Johnbod (talk · contribs); while they are error-prone like everybody else, I think we should follow the precedent set on Talk:St Thomas' Church, Strasbourg. There simply is not enough English material on the Eschau church (which is more well known to Russian speakers than to English speakers, and that is a shame!) to follow one kind of title or another (there is this, though). Now if you give the article the green light, it may attract readers who will have their own positive contribution to make. And in case you frown upon me: I notice that you didn't address any of the changes that I suggested for "An die Hoffnung"! :) All the best, Edelseider (talk) 14:14, 13 April 2017 (UTC)
- I must say when I saw it I thought "Trophime" would be more natural, as it is what I'm used to from names (Trophime Bigot etc). Perhaps his bio should be renamed. The naming of non-anglophone churches is fiddly, I agree. "Église" should not be an option. St Trophime, Eschau is possible. I will copy all this discussion to the article talk page.
