Speak Now
- ... that Speak Now by Taylor Swift (pictured) holds the record as the fastest-selling album by a female country music artist in the United States? Source: Guinness World Records
- ALT1: ... that Taylor Swift (pictured) wrote all songs on her 2010 album Speak Now without any co-writers? Source: "her entirely self-written third album, 2010's Speak Now..." The Guardian
- ALT2: ... that with the album Speak Now, Taylor Swift (pictured) became the first female musician to have 11 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 the same week? "the singer has a total of 11 titles on the list, the most ever by a female artist" Billboard

- @Ippantekina: The article is promoted to GA within the last seven days, long enough, referenced, neutral and no copyvio obvious. Images in the article are either free or fair use. QPQ not required as this is the nominator's first DYK nom. The hooks are sourced and interesting. I find ALT1 the most interesting, but I think it should be tweaked to note that Swift wrote every song on the album herself. Good job! Corachow (talk) 14:53, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
- Tweaked ALT1. This is actually my third DYK (after I Knew You Were Trouble and London Boy (Taylor Swift song)). After how many DYKs will I have to fulfill QPQ? Thank you for reviewing the DYKN. Ippantekina (talk) 14:56, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
- For the record, I find ALT1 pretty uninteresting - tons of singer-songwriters write their own material. I found ALT2 to be a very interesting hook, as 11 songs in the top 100 simultaneously is phenomenal. ALT0 is also acceptable. Gatoclass (talk) 15:03, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
- I find ALT1 the most interesting because Swift is the only songwriter credited on every single song on the album, but a lot of singer-songwriters (including Swift on her other albums) often collaborate with other songwriters for at least for a few songs on their albums. Maybe Ippantekina can tweak that hook again? I also find ALT2 interesting, but I don't like ALT0 as much since I personally don't find sales record interesting for DYK. I'll approve this nomination once ALT1 is tweaked again, but I'll let Ippantekina and/or the promoter the pick which hook to use.
- Ippantekina, I'm not sure why I could't find your other DYK credits when I checked, and you can have two more DYK nominations without QPQs, see WP:DYK for more. Corachow (talk) 15:30, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you for the information. I am thinking of tweaking ALT1 to something like ... Speak Now is the only Taylor Swift album on which she writes every song by herself? but this wording option downplays her songwriting role on other albums. What do you think? Ippantekina (talk) 03:01, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
- I don't think it works since the fact that it is the only album where Swift is the sole songwriter credited is not actually mentioned in the article. Corachow (talk) 10:17, 1 November 2021 (UTC)

think ALT1's current wording is on point.tweaked ALT to ... wrote all songs without any co-writers? Do you have any further suggestion to make i.e. which point to highlight? My preference is ALT2 > ALT1 > ALT0. Ippantekina (talk) 13:51, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
