Spanish Hill edit

  • ... that an early nineteenth-century Native American man refused to ascend Spanish Hill because he feared a spirit that "made holes through Indians' bodies"?

  • Comment: This was a fun article to work on. The site is somewhat obscure, but important for what it is and potentially very important for what it might be. I'd encourage anyone reading this to take a look at the bibliography, which is mostly visible online. There is a lot of information that isn't necessarily relevant to the article, but is nonetheless an interesting read.

Interesting facts on good sources (offline accepted AGF), lovely reading! Sourced hook raises curiosity. I wonder if the name etymology belongs in the lead. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:56, 6 January 2015 (UTC)
